and a great dinner! Here’s the
scoop!

If you refer an acquaintance
to CPES for a full-time program
staff position (direct support
provider, employment
specialist, lead support provider
or support supervisor), you can
earn up to $250 cash plus a
chance to win a gift certificate
for dinner for two at a nice
restaurant.

The rules? Sure, there are rules, but they’re EASY!

1. The person you refer must list you as their referral on their original application for employment,
   
2. You need to contact human resources and give them the name of the person who will be applying,
   
3. The person must be hired into a regular full-time position,
   
4. First, your name will be entered in a quarterly drawing for a fabulous $50 gift certificate for dinner at a fine restaurant each time your referral results in a full-time hire!
   
5. Then you will receive up to $225 for each person hired:

• $50 when the person completes their probationary period
• $75 after completing six months full-time employment
• $100 after completing one year full-time employment
