Anonymous Reporting

Open and direct communication is a strong value within our organization.  This is particularly true regarding any behavior by our employees or others that could be considered abusive or neglectful of someone we support.  We believe we have been activists in this regard and have prevented or uncovered cases of abuse/neglect using existing policies and procedures.

To further emphasize the importance of this issue, effective immediately, we have instituted a system of anonymous reporting.  If you feel your concern of possible abuse/neglect is not being properly addressed within our existing system of policies and procedures, you should report it immediately to:

    We urge you to use the phone number or e-mail as the quickest means to reach someone. If it is a weekend or evening, the on-call person is able to reach the appropriate person very quickly through our emergency system. 

    If you are not comfortable speaking directly with us because because of some circumstance, a written letter or report can be sent to one of the contacts at their address listed above.  You may also use our online Anonymous Reporting Form to report possible abuse or neglect.  This form is submitted anonymously.

    We believe our present system, including our training and existing policies/procedures has worked extremely effectively.  However, if you feel your report has not received adequate attention, please contact one of the individuals listed above.  We guarantee a prompt response to the situation.
