Direct Support Provider
Must be 21 years of age or older if driving is required with a valid AZ driver’s license. Must be able to climb stairs and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be able to obtain DPS fingerprint clearance card and possess standard computer skills. Looking for a creative, self-initiating, high energy team player with good communication and writing skills as well as good interpersonal skills who works well without supervision to work with individuals with varying degrees of disabilities and behavioral issues in a residential setting. Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask required. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly is a must.
Lead Support Provider
Looking for a dynamic team leader to work with individuals with varying degrees of disabilities/behavioral issues to take on the role and responsibilities of a site supervisor in a residential setting when the supervisor is not present. Must be available to carry and answer emergency cell phone as needed. Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid Arizona driver’s license as driving is required. Must be able to climb stairs and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be able to obtain DPS fingerprint clearance card. Must possess basic computer skills. Experience as a direct care worker for at least six (6) months is preferred but not required (unless otherwise noted). Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask required. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly is a must.
HR Recruiter/Support Specialist
Must possess a valid Arizona Driver’s License and be insurable under the agency’s automobile policy. Must have access to reliable, safe transportation with acceptable vehicle insurance to be used for agency travel as indicated by department if necessary. High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year experience in human resources or administrative assistant functions. Any combination of training and experience that demonstrates the necessary skill may be substituted for the aforementioned experience. Must be available by home phone, cell phone, or pager for communication with agency personnel. Must be able to operate common office equipment and have excellent word processing skills.
