AzEIP provides Interim Service Coordination statewide for families of children birth to 36 months with concerns about their child's development. Interim Service Coordinators guide families through the AzEIP eligibility process. Developmental screening and evaluation is provided at no cost to the family. Interim Service Coordinators assist families of AzEIP-eligible children to enroll with State agencies (such as Division of Developmental Disabilities; Dept. of Health Services; Az State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind Outreach Programs). A primary agency provides a Service Coordinator and an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for early intervention services. For more information in Maricopa County, call the AzEIP Office of Interim Service Coordination at (480) 820-3605.
